Symington’s Millerdale bakery is dedicated to producing high quality, safe and consistent products.
To achieve our Quality Objectives Millerdale operates a Food Safety & Quality Management system to continually review and improve the performance of the site and its products.
Our Food Safety & Quality Management system is certified to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (Issue 6) – Grade A+ unannounced.
Food Safety & Quality Procedures are in place across the site to ensure that products are produced under good manufacturing practices.
Where practicable, the Millerdale bakery use vegetarian and non-allergenic ingredients and we are happy to provide further information for those consumers with particular dietary needs.
All Millerdale products and ingredients are both Nut free and GMO free.
